Text message '999' to 80041 costs £3 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider.
Text message '999' to 80550 costs £5 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider.
Our service can be used from the mobile number used for the subscription to our service or from another phone using a PIN.
Calls to our 0207 access number will be charged by your service provider at their standard rate or included in your call package.
For the 999Talk Topup2Talk credit topped up through 80041 and 80550, it lasts for 90 days from the day of the first use. If you don't use our service to make a call or send a top up request within 90 days any unused Calling Credit will expire.
Calls are charged from time of connection to the service. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore we advise to replace the handset after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.

How you pay for the cheap calls you make

When you use 999Talk Landline Instant you only pay for calling one of the 999Talk access numbers.

For example, when calling India using our service from a BT phone (landline) it will only cost you only 1p per minute. You will see the call listed on your next BT bill.

If yours is not a BT landline you will need to check with your service provider (e.g. Virgin [Telewest or NTL]) what charge they will make for calls to a 999Talk access number.

999Talk Landline Instant from mobiles

You can use 999Talk Landline Instant from a mobile. However be aware that your mobile operator may apply a surcharge. How much you will be charged depends on your provider and which tariff you're on. Unfortunately we have no influence on what they charge.

On the positive side, some mobile operators allow you to call our access numbers for free with your cross network inclusive minutes.

We'd advise you to get in touch with your service provider to check their rates before you use 999Talk Landline Instant from your mobile.
